I've heard you say you plan to make the game harder, so those with hundred of hours will have a challenge again. Original Isaac is pretty tough as it is, especially for the uninitiated. Are you at all worried about turning new players away with the increased difficulty?

by harder for old players i mean 2 things. 

1. there will be enough new additions to make the game new to everyone again. there for making things more unexpected = harder.

2. there will be a hard mode unlocked from the start that will allow experienced players to play a more difficult version of the game right away. this mode will also feature a few rewards unattainable in the normal difficulty.
