if all items can now combo, then the game might get a little too op. Homing brimstone quad-shot parasite would be a little over-kill

we will obviously balance the item stacks, even in the flash version we padded this by making the next tear item you get more rare with each tear item you pick up. with 150 more items added it will be very rare to get these kind of item combos either way.. but it is possible :)
