When I played TBoI, the narrative reminded me so much of my own struggles; I am a closeted gay teenager with horrible anxiety, and tons of the themes reminded me of my (irrational) fears surrounding coming out (specifically rejection from people who are important to me, being deemed evil by a large portion of the Christian community, and worse, them actually being right, and me being evil and unable to change myself.) You arent gay, so am I totally off, or did you have some analogous experience?

oh you dont have to be gay to be told you are evil by a christian family :) strangely you also dont have to be gay to be thought of as gay either… i got the brunt of the fire and brimstone from my fathers side because i watched/said/drew things they deemed evil and i was gay because i defended gay people when they hated on them at family events.
