How will rebirth handle items that increase your size? Getting 10 odd mushrooms in vanilla Isaac looked fine because the art was vectorized, but that can't be the case if you're going with a pixel aesthetic, right?

some things do scale in isaac with new art, this looks especially cool with tears but yeah an ultra huge head will look odd, but honestly when it gets to that size it looks horrible in either version
