This article got me thinking about Mew-Genics... Do you ever worry that with some of the marketing on the game hinging on the flat number of cats, do you ever feel that some players will quickly feel stifled about artificiality? That the flat number, the actual number of variants and categories will be burned through really quickly and become repetitive. It's a tough question to word but read the article on IndieStatik titled "procedural generation" and I think you'll understand what mean

unless your intent is to breed pure bred boring cats in mewgenics there is no way possible for you to ever see even a tiny % of what is possible in terms of random generation.

even now the number we posted before has multiplied by a lot… the main focus of the game is cat breeding and dna so the variables are so high for just the basic look  of a cat that its near impossible to breed or see anything that looks the same, unless that is your intent.
