Since the very first interview you had with Northernlion, you mentioned you wanted to implement deeply hidden secrets just like the ones in Spelunky. Now that Rebirth is in its final stages of development, do you feel that you accomplished that goal? Were there any ideas you had to scrap? (Since it's not in the game, I thought it would be nice to go into a little bit more detail on what didn't work conceptually/mechanically and your thoughts on what made you reconsider those ideas)
