Started working on my very first game. Problem is, I work a rather demanding job to cover my rent and am attending school along side of it. By the end of the day, I don't have the energy or capacity to keep working on my project. How do you stay motivated in such circumstances?

i wasnt able to when i had a full time job.. so i dont have any suggestions :| 

there was as a point where i worked a 6-8 hour job when i worked at chronic logic / cryptic sea, i would then go home spend a few hours with danielle and then work all night on my personal projects.. but since i was basicly doing the same thing all day it wasnt as hard to get my brain back in gear to create..
