In your latest weekly update, you talked about there being a minor worm theme in rebirth. Without giving too much away, will there be thematic additions to the story as well as gameplay or will the story's themes be mostly unchanged from the original BOI?

story will basically stay the same but i like doing little themes or “cycles” when i do expansions or new games in general. there are a few themes that revolve around worms and fatties. the original game didnt feature enough fat isaac type enemies. so if you are a chubby chaser you will be happy!
