One question always bothered me in Isaac: why can't you get rid of the tick? You are even able to "cure" cancer. Can't there be an item, pickup or pill effect like a tick remover? Isaac finds explosives, clothes, kitchen utensils, syringes, the holy grail and several bodyparts but nothing to remove a simple tick? Please, I at least want a theoretical possibility to get rid of it.
