Hey Edmund, I know that adding a dlc is only possibility but if you do create the dlc for BoI rebirth, can you create an item that will allows Isaac swim in the water. I know that it's only for the caves and possibly for the catacombs but I think that it can be very helpful for dodging enemies. Oh, and if you do create an item that helps Isaac swim maybe water enemies could be a thing. (just a suggestion)
