Are all items gonna be able to synergise with each other with the update? For example mom's knife and parasite causing two smaller knives to fire off sideways?

the goal is to have as much stuff synergise as possible, but combos with the knife and dr fetus are not easy to do because each one has to be custom programmed.. so not ALL items will combo but the goal is to make as many as possible
