The tidbit I found most interesting from your financial times interview was the comment that your born-again dad likes Isaac and put it on computers for a lock-in. That sort of surprised me. How'd you get him to play it in the first place? Anything else interesting he had to say about it that you're willing to share (cool if no)?

im not sure if he played it himself, he just always asks for physical copies of my work when he visits and takes them with him. he knew the game was drm free so he installed it on all their pcs. i guess hes proud of me and wanted to show people my work and thats pretty cool.

come to think of it.. my dad was one of the 1st people to show me wolfenstein and was the 1st person i knew that was “online” back in the early-mid 90s. i used to play loads of doom clones on his pc way back when.
