In the original Isaac, Angel Room spawning mechanics were... odd, to say the least. They followed the same rules as normal Devil Rooms, meaning if you kill beggars, have Book of Belial, etc. you would have a higher chance of getting an Angel Room too. Angel Rooms only depended on if you took previous Devil deals beforehand. Will you be changing the way that Angel Rooms spawn, like more good-oriented? Like, if you game the Beggar max money, there would be a higher chance of an Angel Room?
