Do you have enough say to prevent something totally silly happening with DLC, like item packs where people would have to pay $1.99 for maybe 5-10 new items?

i have enough say to end dev on rebirth right now :) .. so yes i have complete control over if we do dlc and what will be in it. no one other than me is owning isaac so dont worry about me releasing anything that will cheat the fan base or fuck up the game (anymore than it already is)
