Hi Ed. I work all day with computer and from time to time i got a new pain (shoulder, wrist, hand, back, neck, sciatica...you name it). I guess you spend a "bit of time" in front of computer, so i want to ask you ever had problems with bad ergonomics /repetitive work and if you have any miraculous advice. I also love movies that are so bad they get hilarious, so it would be really cool if you suggest some to us. Let me see if i can convince you of Titanic II: /watch?v=zdjbnASC0fU

i have actually, so bad i had to go to the emergency room actually… but its not from what most would assume.

ive had a really shit chair for 6 years, its totaly falling apart now and my posture is quite bad when i work.. but i never had many issues. there were a few ties during meat boy hell that my back and shoulder would ache because of how i lean on my desk.. but not much else.

after smb i splurged on an ergonomic chair because i assumed id need it. it was a corrective chair that forced me to sit right and it was pretty comfortable…. then mtgo started cube drafting.

i did consecutive cube drafts for 5-6 days not standing hours and not taking many breaks… and due to the corrective chair it tore my back muscles apart… but i didnt know this and thought i was having some kind of internal issues. it almost felt like my galbladder again, a nauseating pain that just spread around my back to my sides.. after a day of it i decided to go to the emergancy where they felt around my back. they said they could feel deep tissue muscle spasms that were causing all the pain.. gave me drugs and sent me home.

took 4 days to recover…
