If you commit to making a game with another person, should you be friends with them, or is it enough that you work well together?

i havent been close friends with everyone i work with. you just need to get along and have a few things in common.. but i mean that is friends isnt it? maybe you should be friends? you dont have to sleep with them though, thats too far… fingers are ok.
