for the binding of Isaac rebirth for tear affect like homing, slowing, poison, will they still be straight affect or will it be able to make them more effecting for example picking up 2 homing item will have better homing then if you just get one or it will be the same as the current the binding of isaac

since there arent so many doubles in rebirth when it comes to effects i dont think they will stack like that.. but i have a basic design for anotehr game i want to do that uses the isaac outline where double stat stuff will stack.. but thats a ways down the road.
